The world of The Texas Chain Saw Massacre continues to grow with our newest additions to our Victim roster. It’s important to us that we delve into these characters as closely as we can. Below are curated Spotify playlists for Wyatt, Maria, and Virginia, full of songs that were hand selected by our team to showcase what these characters would have been listening to in ‘73.

Wyatt’s Playlist
Wyatt’s playlist features classics such as Johnny Cash and Buck Owens. Having lost his brother at such a young age, these songs explore his grief and his desire to feel connected to Casey. “A Shoulder to Cry On” by Charley Pride and “A Picture of Me” by George Jones will get you in the same headspace as our favorite bull rider.
Maria’s playlist explores the two worlds she lives in. Featuring some Tejano classics such as The Royal Jesters and Lydia Mendoza, Maria grew up with her parents in a more traditional way. However, Maria still is the toughest around and you can find her singing along to “Queen Bitch” by David Bowie or even “Kozmic Blues” by Janis Joplin. She’s even listening to Lou Reed with Danny!
Crafted by Barbara Crampton herself, Virginia’s playlist explores motherhood and resiliency. While we have shared her playlist before, we wanted to showcase it for newer players! Tracks like “I Will Survive” by Gloria Gaynor and “We Gotta Get Out Of This Place” by The Animals will get you ready to survive a match of The Texas Chain Saw Massacre.
